Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all flight bookings made through Book Me Memories (BMM) — website, WhatsApp, or our team. Please read this before booking.

Important: Cancellation charges are primarily levied by the airline based on the fare type and time of cancellation. BMM facilitates the cancellation request on your behalf.

1. Domestic Flights — Cancellation Charges

Charges depend on how far in advance you cancel before departure:

Time Before Departure	Airline Cancellation Fee
More than 7 days	As per fare rules (typically ₹2,250–₹3,500/pax)
24–168 hours (1–7 days)	As per fare rules (typically ₹3,500–₹5,500/pax)
Less than 24 hours	Higher charges or no refund (fare-dependent)
No-show (missed flight)	No refund in most cases

Exact charges vary by airline and fare type (Saver, Flexi, etc.). Refundable fares attract lower penalties. Non-refundable (Saver/Basic) fares may have zero refund.

2. International Flights

International cancellation rules are governed entirely by the airline's fare rules at the time of booking. BMM will communicate the exact penalty amount before processing cancellation.

3. How to Request Cancellation

Provide your booking reference number and reason.
Cancellations are processed within 24 business hours of your request.
Airline-approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

Payment Method	Refund Timeline
UPI / Net Banking	5–7 business days
Credit / Debit Card	7–10 business days
Wallet (Paytm etc.)	3–5 business days

Refunds are initiated after the airline processes the cancellation. BMM is not responsible for delays on the part of the bank or airline.

5. Flight Cancellation by Airline

If the airline cancels a flight:

You are entitled to a full refund of the airline fare.
We will notify you via WhatsApp/email and process the refund immediately.

6. Date/Name Change (Rescheduling)

Date changes are subject to airline policy and fare difference.
Name corrections (minor spelling) can be done for free within 24 hours of booking; beyond that, airline charges apply.
Complete name changes are generally not permitted by airlines.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

No-show bookings — no refund from airline or BMM.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of departure for domestic, 4 hours for international.
