Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all flight bookings made through Book Me Memories (BMM) — website, WhatsApp, or our team. Please read this before booking.

Important: Cancellation charges are primarily levied by the airline based on the fare type and time of cancellation. BMM facilitates the cancellation request on your behalf.

1. Domestic Flights — Cancellation Charges

Charges depend on how far in advance you cancel before departure:

Exact charges vary by airline and fare type (Saver, Flexi, etc.). Refundable fares attract lower penalties. Non-refundable (Saver/Basic) fares may have zero refund.

2. International Flights

International cancellation rules are governed entirely by the airline's fare rules at the time of booking. BMM will communicate the exact penalty amount before processing cancellation.

Refunds are initiated after the airline processes the cancellation. BMM is not responsible for delays on the part of the bank or airline.
