By accessing or using the Book Me Memories ("BMM") platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Us

Book Me Memories is an Indian B2B and B2C travel agency offering flight booking services via web and WhatsApp. We are a travel agent and not an airline. Ticket issuance is subject to airline availability and fare rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
By using the service you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Booking Process

All fares displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Fares are live and subject to change until payment is confirmed.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a PNR by the airline.
E-tickets are sent to your registered email address within 2 hours of booking confirmation.

    Note: BMM acts as an intermediary agent. The contract of carriage is between you and the airline. Airline-imposed fees (changes, cancellations, baggage) are governed by the respective airline's fare rules.
  

4. Pricing and Fees

All fares displayed are in Indian Rupees and include applicable airline taxes. The total amount payable will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is confirmed.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Your payment details are not stored on our servers.

7. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) at the airport.
For international travel, a valid passport with at least 6 months validity is required.
BMM is not responsible for denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.
Passengers must check-in within airline-specified timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

BMM shall not be liable for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by the airline. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the booking amount paid to us (excluding airline base fare).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including logos, interface design, and text is the property of Book Me Memories and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
